Barbara E. Bowles

Barbara Eileen Bowles was born on November 28, 1958 in Sacramento, California, the daughter of Gerrard and Betty Fitzgerald. She died on Monday, February 11, 2008 at the Mitchell County Hospital in Beloit, Kansas at the age of 49 years, 2 months, and 13 days.
Barbara grew up in Sacramento, and graduated from high school there. In 1985, she moved to Beloit, and began working for Bell Memorials. An injury later left her disabled and unable to continue working.
She loved arts and crafts, and enjoyed sewing, painting, drawing and reading.
Barbara is survived by her father, Gerrard of Concord, California; her mother, Betty Zazowski of Sacramento; three sons, Tyson Thomas of Beloit, and Jerry and Randy Logan, both of Joplin, Missouri; one daughter, Amber Woretink of Sacramento; one grandson, Adam; her companion, Forrest Hiserote; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 16 at the McDonald Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the Funeral Expense Fund.
