Darrell L. Parker

Darrell Lee Parker , 87, of Glen Elder, Kansas, died December 10, 2018 at the Resident Care Center in Beloit, Kansas.

He was born on August 25, 1931 in Greenwood, Arkansas, the son of John and Lillian Carter Parker.

Darrell was united in marriage with Della Sue Flesher, and they lived in Kansas City, Kansas before retiring from Santa Fe Railroad. Upon retirement, they moved to Glen Elder. Three sons were born to this union.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Della; and son, Gerald.

Darrell is survived by his two sons, Jeffrey, and Mark, both of Kansas City.

Graveside memorial services will be at 1 PM Saturday, December 29 at the Glenwood Cemetery in Glen Elder. Cremation has taken place & there will be no visitation.
