Elizabeth A. Noller

Elizabeth Ann Noller was born January 9, 1939 in Russell County, Kansas, the daughter of Christian and Ruth "Birdie" Hobb Veh. She died late Thursday, June 19, 2008 at the Mitchell County Hospital Long Term Care Unit in Beloit following a courageous fight with cancer at the age of 69 years, 5 months, and 10 days.
She grew up in the Natoma area and graduated from Natoma High School in the Class of 1957. Following graduation, she attended Browne Mackie Business College, and later went to work at the Mitchell County Hospital in the accounting department.
On October 25, 1964, she was united in marriage to Kenneth L. Noller at the Beloit First United Methodist Church. Three children were born to this union. After their marriage, they moved to their new home in Glen Elder.
Elizabeth was a member of the Beloit First United Methodist Church; a Past President and District officer of the United Methodist Women; a board member of the Glen Elder Library Club, the Glen Elder American Legion Auxiliary, the Midway Antique Car Club of Salina, and had served as chairman of the Glen Elder Housing Authority.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Elizabeth is survived by her husband Kenneth of the home; two sons, Kevin and his wife Jo Dee of Glen Elder, and Jason of Wamego; one daughter, Lisa Will and her husband Scott of Salina; three grandchildren, Dylan and Amanda Noller and Alisha Will; one brother, Charles "David" Veh of Overland Park; two sisters, Carol Winingar and her husband Buford of Independence, Missouri, and Mary Lou Haviland and her husband Cliff of Overland Park; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Monday, June 23, at the Beloit United Methodist Church with burial at Glenwood Cemetery, Glen Elder. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday at the McDonald Funeral Home in Beloit. Memorials may be given to the church or Solomon Valley Hospice..
