Janice G. Buchta

Janice G. Buchta, 68, of Newton died in Beloit on July 9, 2012 at the Mitchell County Hospital. She was born Oct. 18, 1943, in Beloit, the daughter of Harold C. Brown, Jr (Brownie) and Alice (Raikes) Brown. She is survived by her son Brad of Newton; grandsons Brett (fiancé Jaimee) of Wichita, Cory (Becky) of North Newton, and Zac of Joplin, MO; great-grandson Grahm and great granddaughter Ema of North Newton. Other survivors include her sister Kathy (Mrs. Dale) Konzem, brother Steve (Judy) both of Beloit; Sonia Tingen of Newton. Janice was a 17 year employee of Walmart in Newton and was a Customer Service Manager. McDonald-Roberts Funeral Service is handling cremation. A private family service will be at a later date.
