Janice E. Drum

Janice Drum was born February 4, 1940 in Hastings, MI by George and Elaine Pennington McNutt. She had an avid passion for quarter horses which she was involved in showing and breeding for almost 40 years. She moved to Beloit, KS in November, 2006 after living in California for 39 years. She loved country music, and enjoyed Kenny Chesney the most. Janice lived for her grandchildren, which she loved to just talk to about anything and everything any chance she had. Janice passed away on November 22, 2011 in Beloit, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents George McNutt and Elaine Pennington. Survivors include her sister Judy Crawfprd and family, Hastings, MI, son Greg Drum, Beloit, KS; daughter Christie Arzola, Oceanside, CA, grandchildren Jessica, Hays, KS, Jennifer, Jaimie, Beloit, KS, Eric, Jose, Johnny, Annastacia, Oceanside, CA, and great granddaughter Athena, Oceanside, CA.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 10, 2011 at First Christian Church, Beloit. In lieu of flowers the family would ask for a donation to The American Cancer Society at 1-800-227-2345. Please request donations to be made specifically to Relay for Life Program in memory of Janice Drum.
