Jim Wilson

James (Jim) Andrew Wilson was born September 1, 1953 to James Andrew and Dora Lee Morrell Wilson in Beloit, Kansas. He passed away at the age of 70 years on January 20, 2024 at home.

Jim attended Beloit Elementary School and graduated from Beloit High School in the Class of 1971. He worked as a salesman in Wichita for many years until his retirement. One of his main passions was fishing. He was an avid Chief's fan and enjoyed following all college sports.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Dora Lee Williams, and sister Terri Neubert of Beloit. He will be deeply missed by his three sisters Kathy Thompson and husband Mike of Beloit, Nancy Wilson of Beloit, and Ann Popp and husband Mike of Wichita. Jim is survived by two daughters, Catrina Wilson (Jerrod Baxa) of Beloit, Shannon Werth (Aaron) of Hays, and four grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place, & private family graveside services will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Club 86, 1811 N. Walnut, Beloit, KS 67420.
