Kaleb Ricky James Howell was born June 1, 1993 to Lou Ann Renton and Cole Edward Howell in Concordia, Kansas. He passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 in Beloit, Kansas at the age of 26.
As a young boy, Kaleb loved jumping on the trampoline, building forts, playing in the creek, and trying to catch crawdads.
He loved going fishing with his son, family, and friends. The Kansas City Chiefs were his all-time favorite sports team. He would never miss a Sunday hanging out watching them play. He was so excited about the Chiefs finally making it to the Super Bowl.
Kaleb was always very ornery, and grew up picking on all his siblings, but he always made sure they knew that he loved them. His way of showing affection was putting everyone in a choke-hold until the screamed uncle!
Kaleb's greatest loves were his two children, Katarina and Delano Howell. He was always so proud of them and wanted them to enjoy the little things in life. They were his pride and joy.
During the summer, Kaleb was always outdoors. If you ever needed to find him, all you had to do was go the river. He had a blast going out on a boat, hoping to catch the biggest fish.
Kaleb had a heart of gold that could never be replaced. When he loved, he loved with everything he had. His family was always on his mind, and he would do anything for them. He has so many nieces and nephews that he absolutely adored. He loved all his little "uglies".
Left to mourn his passing and celebrate his life are his children, Katarina and Delano Howell; his parents, Lou Ann Renton and Cole Howell; siblings, Dawn Hitsman, Crystal Melendez, Shanel Renton, Summer Jordan, Mathew Cone, Misty Harding, Journey Showalter, and Jacob Zelinski; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be at 10 AM Friday, January 31 at the Roberts Family Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place & there will be no public visitation. Memorials may be given to the family.
