LaDonna Rae Fulton was born on April 16, 1949 in Concordia, Kansas, the oldest child of Carl and Betty Christensen Logan. She died Friday, August 4, 2017 at Via Christi-St. Francis Hospital in Wichita at the age of 68 years, 3 months, and 19 days.
LaDonna grew up on the family farm in Jamestown, and later attended Kansas State University, where she received her degree in elementary education.
She was united in marriage with Bob Fulton in December of 1967, and were privileged to spend nearly 25 years of marriage together until his death in November of 1992. They lived in Manhattan while LaDonna attended college, and later moved to Beloit, where they spent nearly the rest of their lives.
Following her college graduation, she taught in Mankato for a few years, and then later worked at Kibbe's Kennels, before working until her retirement at the IGA/Apple Market Grocery Store in Beloit.
LaDonna spent her spare time using her metal detector and trying to fix things. She also greatly enjoyed her time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; and her sons, Sam, Kodi, and Kolt.
LaDonna is survived by her sons Bobby of Salina, Kip of Beloit, and Keeter of Salina; daughter Charle Green of Beloit; brothers Ike and Steve Logan; sisters Kathy Fulton, Rita Lewis and Sue Johnson; 12 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
