Lindsay Lyon

Lindsay Delain Lyon was born on November 22, 1996 in Smith Center, Kansas, the daughter of Clay and Lena St. John Lyon. She died February 23, 2024 at her home in Salina, Kansas at the age of 27.

She attended grade school and high school in Manhattan, Kansas, and graduated a year early. She also worked many years at the Holiday Inn Express in Salina.

Lindsay loved animals, reading, and spending her free time with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clay; her grandfather, Richard St. John; grandpa and grandma Lyon; and her great-grandma Sporleder.

Lindsay is survived by her mother, Lena Connell and husband Patrick of Pueblo West, Colorado; grandmother, Barbara St. John of Beloit; siblings, Bradly Esterl and wife Amayi of Wichita, Venessa Esterl of Junction City, Pamela Lyon and fiancé Josh Smith of Phillipsburg, KS, Matthew Lyon and wife Mallory all of Eagle River, Alaska, Jade Greenwood of Huntley, Nebraska, Joel Lyon and fiancé Amanda Schrole of Phillipsburg, KS; two step-brothers, Sean and Leo Connell of Pueblo West, Colorado; 11 nephews; 6 nieces; 1 great-nephew; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Memorial services will be at 10 AM Friday, March 1 at the Roberts Family Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to the Family Expense Fund.
