Mildred "Ann" Wolting

Ann Blanding Wolting, daughter of Albert and Merle (Mesick) Blanding, was born on March 15, 1928 in Beloit, Kansas. She died at Lincoln Park Manor in Lincoln, Kansas on October 10, 2022 at the age of 94.

Ann and her husband Delmar Wolting were United in marriage on June 16, 1946 at her family's farm.

They enjoyed farming together until Delmar was nearly 90 years old and Ann was 85 years.  Ann loved all music and wrote many harmonic parts for her 4 daughters to enjoy singing for many functions.  She was an expert seamstress, and sewed many girls' dresses including 4 wedding dresses.

Her daughters are Gaye (Wichita), Joy (Salina), Leanne (Lincoln) and Bridget (Deceased).  The blessing of 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren was enjoyed.

Funeral Services will be at 1 PM Friday, October 14 at the Barnard Methodist Church. Visitation will be from Noon until the service begins at the Church. Memorials may be given to the Church.
