Nathanial Blade Dee Grabast, "Nate" was born April 1, 1989 at the Mitchell County Hospital in Beloit, Kansas. "Nate" passed away on October 10, 2011 at the precious young age of 22 years old and was a lifelong resident of Mitchell County. He attended Beloit Jr-Sr High School, and graduated in 2008 with a very proud family cheering for him.
Nate was a free spirit. He had love and kindness for everyone he met. He had the heart of a child bringing nothing but fun to his cousins with his playfulness. He had hugs and I love you with every hello and goodbye. You wouldn't catch him without a smile. He emitted peace, love, and happiness.
Nate has left behind his loving mother Vera Jean Webber and his father Todd Lee Odle, and step mother Mandy Odle (Mama Mandalion), his sister Kristin and brother Dusty West, grandparents Jerry and Wanetta Webber, Stan and Linda Odle, and Diane Riley.
Nate has left behind many heavy hearts including his great grandparents Vera and Wayne Jackson, Catherine Odle, and Fred and Oralee Pompeo. Nate was adored by many uncles and his "hot" aunts Troy and Nancy Odle, Tim and Melinda Dunshie, Kyle and Kaylynn Miller, Michael Robinson, Bob and Stacia Putman, Grant and DeAnna Frost, Darin and Delycia Zimmer, Sgt Michael "Tug" Fitzpatrick and wife Chelsey, Garrett and Jodi Spiess, aunt Jeanette Rust, Geri and Tom Brown, Phillip Webber, Linda Castillo, Dawn Rose Webber, and Patrick Webber.
Nate was preceded in death by his grandmother Lillie Marie Odle, great grandfather Marvin Odle, and great grandparents Val Jean Webber and Phil Webber; great grandparents E.G. Simmelink and Tillie Simmelink, and one uncle Gerald Webber, Jr.
Nate had many cousins and friends. He was loved and adored by all. He will be vastly missed by many.
Nate loved the outdoors. He could often be found at the lake on the water or camping. Hunting was a passion of his that he shared with many friends and family.
People often comment on how crazy he was and how he made them laugh. It is very apparent now he had an impact on others and touched lives. He was never alone and his presence had a magnitude about it.
Wherever you are, I hope for you, it's just another day in paradise.
