Peggy Meitler

Peggy Sue Meitler was born on July 20, 1959 in Lucas, Kansas, the daughter of Raymond and Sadie Bigley Meitler. She died peacefully on Monday, October 9, 2023 at her home in Beloit at the age of 64.

Peggy lived in Beloit for more than 25 years, where she worked at OCCK. She had a great passion for music, and loved her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Sadie, and her brother, Larry Meitler.

Peggy is survived by siblings, Anita Brichacek of Salina, LaDonna (Marion) Schoen Gehring of Newton, Linda (Dale) Jensen of Choctaw, OK, Mary Lynne Meitler of Wichita, Ronald (Barb) Meitler of Manhattan, Kenneth Meitler of Sylvan Grove, Janelle (Frank) Snyder of New Cambria, and Raymond D. Meitler of Sylvan Grove.

In addition to her family, she will be missed by her many friends at OCCK.

Funeral services will be at 10 AM Tuesday, October 17 at the Roberts Family Funeral Home, followed by burial in the Sylvan Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 9 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to OCCK of Beloit.
