Rose Mary Gravatt

Rose Mary (Carl) Gravatt passed away Thursday, September 27, 2018 at  the Bethany Home in Lindsborg, Kansas at the age of 90.

She was born May 28, 1928 on the family farm near Cawker City, Kansas to Nicholas P. Carl and Irene L. (Slipke) Carl.

She married Earl E. Gravatt July 14, 1948. She loved playing cards, games, watching sports, cooking, and seeing her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Rose Mary is survived by her children, Earl D. Gravatt (Janet) of Lindsborg, Anita Breeden (Jerry) of Salina, and Pamela Graham (Jim) of Vassar; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; seven step grandchildren; two brothers; and three sisters.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Earl; three brothers; and one great grandson.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM Monday, October 1 at the Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Cawker City followed by burial in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery. Visitation will be the morning before the service beginning at 9 AM at the Church. Memorials may be given to Kindred Hospice of McPherson or the Lindsborg Bethany Home.
