Passed away April 9th, 2017 at his home in Cawker City, Kansas. Bill was born March 14th, 1950 in Riverside, California. He was preceded in death by father, William C. Stacy, Sr., ret MSGT USAF, and his mother, Dorothy Jean Stephenson. He leaves behind daughter, Jessica Jean Stacy of San Antonio, Texas; and brothers, Mark, Jeff (Patti), and Greg; also sisters, Sheryl Morley and Rhonda (John) Fortner; stepmom, Janice Stacy; eight nieces and nephews; uncle, Paul (Linda) Draper; and cousin, William (Elvira) Fawthrop. He loved old hot rods and Harley motorcycles. As an avid car enthusiast Bill's favorites were always Corvettes; he had many over the years. Bill was a gifted artist. He served in the USAF as a jet mechanic. In 1999, Bill moved back to Kansas to be with his mom and help run the family restaurant. He will be laid to rest next to her on April 17th, 2017.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM Monday, April 17 at the Cawker City United Methodist Church. Visitation will be from 11 AM until service time Monday at the church. The casket will remain closed.
